Job Description

Working as lab manager or technician, report to director or other PIs of the potato center. 20% teaching to undergraduate/graduate students, 60% assisting with technique development and research projects and 20% lab management. As part of the research team, this position will coordinate and collaborate with other members of the research group and with other faculty as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Ph.D. degree, a strong background in molecular biology or gene editing, especially CRISPR-Cas, and three years of relevant research experience.

Additional Qualifications

Candidates should have at least one first author manuscript or equivalent achievement. Candidates must be self-motivated, highly ethical and have strong communication skills.
